Who runs this website?
Vita Bratislava (www.vitabratislava.com) is run by Gastón Marcilese, who is based in Argentina. You can reach him through the contact form.
How should I use the travel information?
The guide is general information for planning, checked against official sources on the date shown on each page. Timetables, rules, opening hours and fares can change without notice.
Always confirm with the operator before you travel or pay. The site is not a ticket seller, travel agent or tour operator.
What is the site responsible for?
The information is provided in good faith and without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, the site is not liable for losses caused by relying on it, such as missed connections, changed services or bookings made with third parties.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
What about links to other websites?
Pages link to operators, official bodies and booking services. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and Vita Bratislava does not control their content.
Bookings made through an affiliate link are contracts between you and the seller. See the affiliate disclosure for how these links work.
Can I reuse the content?
Texts, tables and design are protected by copyright. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with a link back; republishing whole pages needs written permission.
Which law applies?
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep any protection that the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you.
Can these terms change?
Yes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, which applies from the moment it is published.
