Some links on Vita Bratislava are affiliate links. If you book or buy through one, the site may earn a commission from the seller, and the price you pay stays the same.

What is an affiliate link?
It is a link that tells the seller you arrived from this site. The seller may then pay a commission on the booking, usually by recognising the visit with its own cookies after you click.
How are affiliate links labelled?
Every affiliate link is marked "Affiliate link" with a link to this page, right next to it. They appear only after a page has answered your question, and never more than one per section.
In the page code these links carry rel="sponsored nofollow", as search engines ask for paid links.
Which kinds of services may be linked?
Depending on the page, affiliate links may point to:
- train, bus and boat ticket sellers
- tours, tickets and activity booking platforms
- hotel and apartment booking platforms
- eSIM and mobile data providers
Do commissions affect recommendations?
No. Options are compared on journey time, convenience and relative cost, including options that pay nothing, such as public transport. If the best choice has no affiliate programme, the page still recommends it.
Are affiliate cookies used without consent?
Affiliate tracking scripts on this site load only if you accept cookies in the cookie notice. When you click through to a seller, the seller's site applies its own cookie and privacy rules.
